TIMES
- Festival starts on Monday, 3 July, 2017, at 9:00; festival ends on Sunday, 9 July, 2017, at 16:00.
- Ticket & info point opens:
Monday: 9:00–22:00;
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 8:00–22:00;
Wednesday and Friday: 8:00–23:00;
Sunday: 9:00–16:00.
TICKETS
- Entrance to the festival is possible only with an official ticket or invitation. Tickets may be purchased via internet on PaySera system or at ticket & info point during festival. There are 7 days passes (full event), 4 days passes („long weekend“ valid from 5 July 16:00) or single day entry tickets available. Daily tickets will have a special marking.
- Organizers may increase ticket prices for later purchases and during event. Tickets will not be sold on 9th of July.
- Festival tickets the will be scanned (unique QR code must be intact) and replaced at the festival entrance with a wristband. Only Visitors with a valid Festival wristband are allowed to and be present in the festival area. Every ticket is valid just for one person. Festival wristbands may not be removed, cut, torn or damaged in any way or their validation will be stopped.
- Festival wristbands must be kept until the end of event; daily pass marking is valid for 24 hours – from 16:00 till 16:00 next day. Persons without valid ticket/wristband will be required to immediately leave the territory of the event.
- Refunds for already purchased Festival tickets will be possible only in case of cancellation of the entire Festival event, which is not caused by force majeure. There will be no refunds for purchased tickets for any other reason or for cancellation of one or more artists or teachers confirmed to take part in the Festival events. The decision to participate or not at the festival is sole responsibility of the participant.
- All common activities and shows are included into ticket price.
- All materials for activities are included into ticket price unless there is a special notice in the event program.
- Personal services, accommodation and board costs are not included in the ticket price.
- Children under the age of 12, accompanied by an adult, and people with visual impairment are allowed to enter the festival free of charge.
- Tickets must be purchased for children ≥ 12 years old. Families having more than one child ≥ 12 years old can purchase tickets for them with 50% discount, thus for 2 children they need to buy just one ticket. Large families (3 and more children) will have to pay just for 1 child who is ≥ 12 years old. Parents will have to present personal documents of children at the ticket & info point.
CAR PARKING
- Parking at venue, which is located in the regional park of Asveja, is limited, so we encourage car sharing or use of transportation provided by organizers. Parking fee may be applied in case of high traffic load. More information will be available before the event on the web site: www.debesupieva.lt
CAMPING
- Camping with own tent costs 2 euro per person per night. Camping fee should be paid upon arrival at ticket & info point.
- There will be showers, WC and washbasins at camping area.
- It is strictly forbidden to build fires or barbecues at camping area or anywhere else in the regional park of Asveja.
ACCOMMODATION IN BUNGALOWS
- Accommodation in a bungalow costs 12.50 euro per person per night. Fee must be paid while buying tickets online on PaySera system.
- There will be showers, WC, washbasins and refrigerators in the bungalows.
- It is strictly forbidden to build fires or barbecues near the bungalows.
CHILDREN AT THE EVENT
- Persons less than 18 years will be admitted to the Festival only guarded by parents or legal guardians, who will carry full responsibility for an under-aged person during the entire event and will confirm it by signing a prepared document at the entrance. Please, take good care of your children.
- There will be organized child care and special events for children during the Festival activities for adults. Organizers are responsible for organization of certain activities suitable to certain children age. However, the parents or legal guardians carry full responsibility for the children and must provide adequate and timely information to child care organizers about child’s special character features, health status and any relevant issues, that could influence health or non-commitment of the child (e.g. little child like to hide at first opportunity; or is afraid of certain activities, etc.). Children under the age of 2 will not be accepted to child care. Older children with a very emotional attachment to their parents will not be accepted to child care, too.
- It is sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians to inform children about general rules of the Festival, pointing forbidden and not desirable materials and activities.
PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
- People with visual impairment and other disabilities can participate at the Festival for free. Festival wristbands must be collected at ticket & info point. Participants must have document confirming their disability.
- Organizers are offering personal support for people with visual impairment – there will be special volunteers ready to assist. Please, inform the organizers about Your intention to participate at the Festival, so organizers could train an adequate number of volunteers. Personal assistant volunteer will be assigned upon a request at the moment of arrival at ticket & info point.
- Organizers take responsibility to pay special attention to adapt the Festival venue to the needs of people with visual impairment.
FIRST AID
- Organizers will provide all the information about event to the appropriate health care institutions and will have all necessary contact information.
- Participants are obliged to inform volunteers at ticket & info point (or any other volunteer) in case there is an accident and human life or health is endangered, as well as in case the property of „Auksinė giria“ resort is endangered. Volunteers will be equipped with special identification marks and the participants will be informed about them at the entrance to the festival. There will be information board in the ticket & info point where emergency phone numbers will be provided out of ticket & info point working hours.
- Staff of the resort „Auksinė giria“ will provide full medical and emergency assistance in case of accident, trauma, acute illness or similar situations.
- Participants of the Festival carry sole responsibility for evaluation of own health status and take appropriate care of themselves during all activities. Organizers recommend to pay a critical attention to own body limitations and stop any physical activity as soon as You feel any pains, informing about it the leaders of activities.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By purchasing an admission ticket for the Festival „Debesų pieva“, the visitors agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
- Festival „Debesų pieva“ and resort „Auksinė giria“, where the Festival is located, follow the principles of harmony with nature and respect to every living being, sincerity, openness, tolerance, creativity and free will is encouraged here. Love for own country, ethnic consciousness and knowledge of owns origins are promoted at the venue.
- Organizers conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol. It is not allowed to enter the Festival ground with the following objects: animals, spray cans, drugs, blunt, stab or thrust weapons or firearms or other items that might be used as a weapon, items that might have a negative effect on the safety, health or wellbeing of the festival-goers and any other item which may be considered as dangerous by the organizers. Admission to the festival may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the festival (without any entitlement to a refund of the admission price) if a visitor is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Smoking is prohibited at the resort „Auksinė giria“. There is fine of 150 euro for smoking in the resort (inside of the building and in the area outside).
- The Festival is located in wonderful surroundings of Asveja Regional Park, and every single participant carry full responsibility to protect it from any damage – not to tear down or climb branches or trees, not to destroy green surfaces, not to litter and leave place as clean as it was before event.
- It is forbidden to bring pets to the Festival venue.
- Food will be provided 3 times a day during the Festival. All food will be prepared at the resort following the principles of vegetarian diet, harmony and non-aggressive behaviour. Daily food coupons will be available for purchase at ticket & info point. Participants are allowed to bring own food to the festival.
- Only cash payments will be accepted at the territory of the Festival.
- Taking photos or filming is not limited at the Festival. However, it is necessary to respect privacy of other participants and to make sure that noone is opposing it.
- Visitors agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded as part of the audience. All video, photo and audio materials acquired on the Festival site are subject to be used in promotional materials for the Festivals‘ non-commercial purposes without any limitations of time and space and at the sole discretion of the Festival organisers. Organizers follow the principles of good advertising and believe that advertisement should not increase costs of the event, eventually increasing costs of attendance and limiting possibilities to participate at the Festival.
- The organizers reserve the right to change the timetable and the line-up of the Festival without previous notice.
